TechWest Solutions Inc. allows return and refund withing thirty (30) days of purchase. Requests for a refund must be made in writing to sales@techwest.com.

In the event of a refund, all materials and software distribution media must be returned to TechWest Solutions Inc. and all traces of the product being returned must be removed from any and all computers on which it was installed.
